Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the ntrust.ai website. They cover the website only — paid products and services are governed by a separate signed agreement.
Scope note. These Terms of Use apply to this public website. If you purchase or subscribe to any nTrust product or service, the Master Services Agreement, order form, or subscription terms you sign with us govern that relationship and prevail over these Terms on any conflict. Nothing here grants a licence to any nTrust product.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. What this site is
This website is an informational and enquiry surface describing nTrust's security and compliance products. Content on this site — including product descriptions, compliance posture statements, capability matrices, and pricing indications — is provided for general information. It does not constitute a binding offer, a warranty, a service commitment, a professional security opinion, or legal advice.
Any performance, availability, or security commitment (including SLAs) applies only where expressly agreed in a signed contract. Descriptions of alignment to frameworks such as the NIST AI RMF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or the EU AI Act describe our control mapping and design intent; they are not a certification claim unless a specific certification is expressly stated.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its endpoints, or any connected system, or probe, scan, or test its vulnerability without our prior written consent;
- submit malware, or use the contact form to transmit unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content;
- submit another person's personal data without their permission, or any special category data;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data or contact details from the site;
- impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or interfere with other users' access;
- impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- use the site or its content to build or train a competing product or machine-learning model.
We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.
4. Your submissions
You retain ownership of the content you send us through the contact form. By submitting an enquiry you grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to respond to you and to administer the enquiry, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring the content you submit is accurate and lawful to share.
Do not send us confidential material or trade secrets through the public contact form. If your enquiry requires a confidential exchange, say so and we will put a mutual NDA in place first.
5. Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, design, layout, graphics, logos, the nTrust.ai and TokenShield names and marks, and all software and code — are owned by nTrust or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view, print, and share reasonable extracts for your own internal evaluation or reporting, provided you attribute the source and do not modify them. Any other use — including commercial reproduction, redistribution, or creating derivative works — requires our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party sites and services (for example product subdomains and external platforms). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
7. Availability and changes
This website is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, withdraw, or restructure any part of the site, including product descriptions and pricing indications, at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the site or any endpoint will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, or that it will be free of harmful components. Published pricing indications are indicative and subject to change; only a signed order form fixes a price.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that content on the site is complete, current, or applicable to your specific environment. Nothing on this site constitutes a security guarantee or a substitute for your own independent security and legal assessment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website; and (b) our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). These limits do not apply to liability arising under a signed Master Services Agreement, which has its own liability provisions.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless nTrust against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site, including claims arising from content you submit in breach of section 3 or 4.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which nTrust is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property or prevent unauthorised access.
Where you access this site as a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
For commercial customers, the governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution mechanism in your signed Master Services Agreement apply instead of this section.
12. General
- Severability — if any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
- No waiver — our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment — you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
- Entire agreement — these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us regarding use of this website.
- Changes — we may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
